Products are eligible for return or exchange if received in a damaged or defective condition, or if there is any discrepancy such as missing items, incorrect products, or additional items. Return Policy:

  1. Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your parcel in the presence of the delivery person.

  2. Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective, excess, or incorrect product, return the item immediately to the delivery person.

  3. Customer Service Assistance: Once the product is returned, our customer service team will process your request promptly to ensure you receive the correct product without delay.

  4. Complete Sets: Products that are part of a set or bundle must be returned in full, with all components included.

  5. Immediate Reporting: Concerns must be raised while the delivery person is still present. Once the delivery is accepted without any issue, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges.

  6. Non-returnable Items: Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective, damaged, or in case of discrepancies.

  7. Ineligible Returns: We do not accept returns for products with broken seals, used items, switched products, incorrect orders for skin concerns, or liquid/semi-liquid items.

  8. Wrong Item Orders: If you ordered the wrong item, you may exchange it by covering the shipping fees, provided the product is in perfect condition. Exchanges will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  9. Processing Time: Once all terms are met, exchanges or replacements will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.

Refund Policy:

  2. Replacement Unavailable: If a replacement product is out of stock, you may request a refund.

  3. Refund Request Timeline: Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  4. Condition for Refunds: Products must be returned in their original sealed, intact packaging for refunds to be processed.

  5. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days via online or mobile banking.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify the delivery person immediately and contact our customer service team for assistance.
